Pros

It works perfectly well. Would buy again in spite of this. Thank you for superb service from the us. Thanks again amazon.

Overall, the good outweighs the bad. I would’ve preferred cup increments instead of the litre ones on the side of the kettle. Despite these dislikes the kettle is fine.

Just bought this and the toaster from john lewis. Will look great in my new decorated kitchen. Wanted something funky to match my new coffee machine. Delonghi is a good make for small appliances.

Cons

It took 13 seconds to pour a mug of water - this is an average mug! The kettle is heavy, noisy and slow to boil. Toaster is white and a beige colour.
