Pros & Cons
Pros
De’longhi fan heater works as both a fan (for summer cooling) and heater for the colder months. For warmer months there is a pure fan function which just circulates the air at what ever temperature it is. Great way to boost your heating if you're in a... Read More
The only downside is the loud beep when using the controls. It comes with a fitted, replaceable cr2032 button battery. I found the digital touch screen controls slightly less than user friendly at first, but once you've played around with them a bit, ... Read More
Despite being so lightweight it sits on a steady base. Black and/or white/offwhite are unlikely to clash horribly with any colour scheme. It's lightweight, compact, stylishly designed and very efficient.
De'longhi hfx60v20 fan heater is quieter than others. Quieter and less obtrusive. Whisper quiet when in oscillation mode. Higher heat setting is louder, but also throws the warm air further.
The flex is of reasonable length. It’s a decent size, not too big. Bought a couple of these space heaters for our motor yacht. Very nice product for a small medium sized room.

It had a safety feature is knocked over, it cuts off.
The back eventually flew off and the battery shot out, and despite trying repeatedly i’ve been unable to get it back in.
Price
Good value for money and i would recommend this heater.
Altogether a top performing product at admittedly a price to match - but well worth it!

It's an expensive heater but, to my mind, you get a lot for the money.
Packaging/appearance
The heater comes well-packed and includes a brief but comprehensive instruction booklet.
While there are plenty of cheaper fan heaters this is packed with features that make it well worth the asking price, £67.
If you want to store it, the box is fairly large (37 cm x 27 cm x 21 cm).
In the box you get the heater, remote control and instructions.
Competitiveness
There are all grades of these heaters on the market, and i haven’t done any serious price comparisons.
However, i do find it noisy like cheaper brands.
These advantages alone would cause me to prefer it over others, despite any other drawbacks it might have.
