De'longhi cooker is more powerful, and it heats up quicker and stays hot when you add food to it. This is not just a crockpot where ceramic gets hot and heats stuff in bowl. It's more like a stovetop dutch oven that you can use to sear, saute, fry.

The sensor remains in contact with the pot to regulate its temperature. This also has an eat automatic function that switches from cook mode to keep warm mode, so that the food doesn't get cold.

The removable liner is some type of non-stick surface (not teflon) and it really works well. Cooks fast and clean up is easy with removable liner. It is dishwasher safe, but i haven't found it necessary.

The de'longhi multi cooker is a versatile, high-quality cooker. My husband and i were gifted with this off of our amazon wedding registry. This is one of those rare products that really looks and performs as well as the product page says.

I love the dials and the readout on front. Convenient to use. The dials are easy to move and the timer is lit and easy to read.

This product has an aluminum pot with a nonstick coating that chips over a period of time. Low temp is barely warm. High temp is less than low. The ninja is much slower to brown things on saute' or to cook things on slow cooker high.

This is clear breach is warranty.

Manual could have been printed in a larger size booklet, one more durable, and easier to read. This really irks me since they made me cut the cord and send them a photo. Evidently their game is to get you so frustrated you give up.
