Excellent value for money, quick delivery and fantastic product.
I'm very impressed with the dry washing function on this one, this is a new feature and it definitely makes a difference.
Looks nice, decent quality item, weighs the same as a chunky hoover (not ideal for elderly or children to lift but ok for average adult).
Price
We are very pleased with the unit and the cost was very reasonable.
Worth the price, haven't tested the clothes drying function yet, but so far so good!
Competitiveness
Have had a dem 10 and this has a better stronger quieter design.

I recently noticed that no water had been collecting in the tank but realised it was because i had it sitting too close to a cupboard door there needs to be an ample gap between the dehumidifier and any surfaces to allow the moist air to be drawn in
