This is the price to pay for incredible coffee, so i personally do not mind.
With the $1k+ price tag in the market you really hope that it works to perfection.

It was a box that was slipped over the box of the manufacturer!
-i didn't like that the box didn't come with a milk jug for frothing.

+ easier to clean than competitors (allegedly).
The iced coffee with syrups are identical to tim hortons or mcdonald’s iced coffees.
From the old pot style to french press, to keurig, nespresso, and none compare to this delonghi!
The filter is available at probably anywhere that sells delonghi coffee machines [such as amazon].

I find it to be extremely loud and you realize just how loud it is when you have the whole family waking up from the noise of it

It is also slower than using a single cup brewer like a keurig but that is understandable since it does grind the beans for you
