Pros

Compared to my $6,000 jura, this coffee maker is outstanding for its price class. The quality and ease of this automatic machine, it's totally worth the maintenance.

Other reviewers were overwhelmed by the set up and figuring it out. Now that we’ve gotten our machine configured the way we want, it’s the easiest thing in the world to use and we love it!

Coffee is outstanding. This is always important to me, but especially when purchasing a more expensive item. Over all very satisfied and happy with the purchase.

Cons

The warranty is horrible and they will make you jump through hoops. Used the same coffee beans from one to the other and the flavor for the delonghi doesn't come through.

Save the $100 price difference and buy white or black.

Competitiveness

Compared to programming vcrs in the 80’s or putting ikea furniture together, this was a breeze.

I use to have another delonghi, i recommend this brand.

Eventually, it came down to the philips picobarista and the dinamica.

I drink americano's and this machine has produced better drinks for the both of us compared to the more expensive jura machines.
