Pros
These are great for brewing espresso into. They allow visibility and thermal insulation of your espresso brew. My only complaint is that water and espresso gets in between the walls of the glass.
Cons
These are awesome glasses, but unbelievably fragile. Not clear how this happened as i can't see any crack or imperfection. Buy sturdier options or invest in bubble wrap when using.
These are supposed to be dishwasher safe. The glass has water inside the insulated walls. The lip on the latte cups is now so thick that it's like drinking from a flower pot.

After about two years one of the shot glasses shattered into pieces when went to grab it.
The glass is very fragile and thin which is prone to have issues like cracking and leaking.
Competitiveness
If you want to bypass this issue, perhaps go and buy more expensive ones from a more notable manufacturer.
