I was tired of machines with pods, machines that you have to use the nozzle to froth milk, this machine does it for you. The dual-thermoblock & 2. Is great for the price you pay.
Cons
The filters need replacement every 6 months or so. The machine needs to be cleaned. The orient support network is terrible.

Sobasically if you are looking for damn easy quick espressocuppicinolatte go with this one else choose the cheaper dedica 685 which gives you more manual control probably a little better tasting espresso due to preinfusion cyclewhere it really scores over dedica is 1

Edit 04mar21 after few days of usagei feel the preinfusion cycle might be present due to the way pump operates when in processalthough media brochureswebsite mentions otherwise
