Pros
Cleaning is quite easy as the machine display tells you when and what to clean. Another + big water and waste container and carbon filter for better water quality, very easy to use and programmable.
Coffee is very hot and strong. Mighty moist frothy coffee. The froth is what i personally love the most!
Makes excellent expresso, coffee and cappuccino. Milk jug is easy to store in the fridge for further use.
Fantastic machine. Worth every penny. Not as quiet as was expecting, but that is a minor issue, once i set it up properly, it is always ready for my morning cuppa.
Cons
On the upside they do a great coffee, on the downside they are prone to the dreaded (water circuit empty) fault. Cappuccinos are always lukewarm and insipid.
Highlights
Quality
Use good quality espresso beans and it makes beautiful coffee.
Be sure to seek out good quality beans which have been roasted locally and recently.
Until now very happy with the machine!
Price
Previously has nespresso for a few years but the cost of pods and limited choice to makes this a no brainer.
I think this is the best choice, especially with this bargain price.
Packaging/appearance
If a bought another,i would look for one where the hot water spout is available all the time,not replacing the milk container.
Competitiveness
Better than my previous delonghi ecam22 360s machine.
I've had this for almost 4 years and made almost 8,000 coffees.

Its good to experiment to find your preferred drink you can either use the default volumes the machine delivers or you can program how much milk and coffee you want but it only memorises one setting

Some of the more expensive machines have a beep to tell you when things are out of place but this one doesnt

If you like your milky drinks to be piping hot you will find you need to run the rinse cycle a couple of times to heat the machine up or the drinks wont be quite hot enough

On another note if you are looking to buy i would seriously consider buying a product that is no longer the manufacturers latest line
