Pros

It grinds the beans, tamps the espresso, makes the coffee and then deposits the 'puck' in the receptacle tray. Once you get the hang of it, brewing is actual simple. It's almost as easy as ordering coffee in an espresso shop to brew it yourself.

This machine beats out my coffee makers (regular coffee maker & my nespresso) by a long shot. All the items are very high quality and sturdy. The included manual clearly explains all the functions and features of this machine.

It makes wonderful coffee and is quite versatile. This is the one i use daily for the vine program.

The water heats up quickly, the machine when turned on does a rinse of the system to clean out what might have been left. There are smart sensors to detect whether the unit is out of water, the drip tray is full, or beans are empty.

Cons

Delicious espresso everything you want at your fingertips easy to use out of the box.

Easy to use and makes superb coffee and when i find myself in the mood for a cappuccino the milk fother makes the perfect froth.

Competitiveness

No special maintenance needed other than running its descaling routine as the machine suggests.

The only downside has been the absurdly frequent descaling cycles i have to run.

Those k-cup machines, for example, cost much more to operate than they do to buy the machine.

No more plastic k-cups going in the trash and the best part is i can use higher quality coffee beans at a fraction of the price of k-cups!
