Pros

The prima donna s de luxe has a front load water bin.

It heats and froths milk, grinds the beans, even cleans itself. It froths anything from almond creamer and oat creamer all the way to half and half to creamy bliss! Even black coffee ends up having a bit of froth!

From the box, there are a small number of things to assemble and the instruction booklet that accompanies the coffeemaker makes it easy and simple to assemble. Startup / setup is fast.

After a year+ of steady use, still very pleased with this solid machine from delonghi. The machine creates a perfect puck and extracts a perfect shot. Bistro quality coffee comes at a price, and that price is complexity.

I hope it lasts for many years because i don’t want to live without it. I found no cons, however, the pros are numerous. Pros> looks great and has a good design.

Cons

This brand is a scam. You can’t brew a full cup of coffee in one shot, the machine needs to reload a few times. The steamer was supposed to do a good foam on the milk, another disappointment.
