Seriously doubtful to even use this product now on my coffee machine. The descaling light still flashes so it did not work. I'd recommend the durgol product - it does the same thing at a lower price.
Amazon needs an easy button for when the wrong item is received. This and the christmas order are the only two that were incorrect. It's a shame as it looks like a nice jacket.
The "childproof" cap is impossible to open. The instructions are imbedded on the bottle label, almost impossible to get off. There was at least 2/3 or the liquid still in the container. Somewhere around the middle of the back of the booklet are a few ... Read More
It says, use your maker's manual, if not, mix 100 ml in a liter of water. It then says rinse the tank several times.

I use this in my delonghi magnifica evo as required and my machine has been very clean and reliable with great quality coffee.
The most important for me that its eco friendly and doesn’t have chemical smell afterwards like others
Vinegar will leave a "taste" that will continue long after the machine has been descaled and or properly flushed.
My espresso machine after purchasing it in 2022, i had never descaled it.

I'm pleased with this product, it's a little pricey but works like a charm.
Price is right and has many uses!
The cheapest cost per ounce i’ve found so far.
I wish it was a bit cheaper haha.

Product arrived next day, in perfect condition.
Packaging/appearance
It was well packaged but i think poorly sealed at the factory, although the lid was on.
The box this was delivered in was perfect, but, as you can see my actual product package was quite damaged.

I have a delongi machine and the price of is very good comparing to others.
I didn't find that this product cleaned any better than the vinegar, although it's supposed to.
Yes, it's a great coffee machine cleaner, but it's very expensive compared to the other brands.
I’m sure you can use another cheaper brand but why take a chance for a couple of bucks less.

But when i don’t use it the indicator still gets reset and i didn’t have any issue for that cycle until the orange indicator flashed again
