The pump is too weak and the heated reservoir never quite makes it to real steam. Leaked so much water from first use. No crema--regardless of the grind.

Make very good espressos, i just have one week with it so not sure how long will last but seems to be a very good quality product.
Overall, its a great quality machine and is hard to beat for the price.
Shipping
The shipment was just incredible fast and product as described or better.

The water container is very small compared to the european version, but it does brew decent coffee.

As for most of these machines the milk foamer is not efficient enough

To get the water hot enough i do the first run with just water in my cup until the light goes out and dump the water then maybe again

Just make sure that the water reservoir is pushed all the way to the bottom before you turn on the machine every time because it fits in the machine perfectly and tightly it wont drop all the way in by itself or the pump would just be pumping air
