Buy pre ground coffee, i use lavazza gold, the ground needs to be moist. Works well as an expresso machine, need to remove the drip trays to be able to fit a mug under it though.

The milk wand works and doesn’t fly off. It makes cappuccino and espresso as well as americano. Foaming the milk is trickier than with the gaggia wand and its easy to end up with creamy flat white milk rather than cappuccino foam.

Not worth repairing or replacing. Returned to amazon for refund. Delonghi are impossible to get a hold of in order to get it repaired under warranty.

Auto cutoff kept turning it off? Water still seeping out of the edges. It is constantly dripping water even when the controls are firmly turned off. Cond condensed water was running down the electrics on the interior leading to electical shorting.
