Pros
In terms of size, this is a godsend for people like me where counter space is as hard to come by as unicorns. Comes with a pan, rack, pizza tray and all things necessary to use it. It fits a regular sized loaf pan nicely.
There are nine presets for things like warming up pizza, which make guessing the time a thinkg of the past. The only thing is is that i can't set my own temp. All you have to do is to pick a setting, set the timer with the dial and then click start.
Love this compact oven. Banking action is very good to do some bakery. Your mileage may differ.
The preheat stage is quick, the internal temperature tests accurate to the temperature indicated on the panel. The heating coil is much like a regular oven. It heats up fast.
Cons
There is a risk of it flipping back up and burning your hand when you are extracting things. Once during the roasting cycle all the displays starting flashing.

Overall well made convention oven , practical and pretty design
It seems like whoever programmed the software for the clock left it unfinished because it always has the 0 (zero) at the front.

Price
Given it's premium price point i wish more was included; but it does add a very elegant look to the kitchen.
Bought this after buying a horrible little toaster oven that was $100 cheaper.
It's not a deal breaker, nor does it cost it a star.
Just think of the cost savings too.
Shipping
Preheated very quick which is always a bonus when you're hungry.
Packaging/appearance
Out of the box, this oven has a very premium look with nice details and finishes.
Competitiveness
Also, most of the other convection ovens in this price range do not even have an oven light.

As for the negativesa few reviews have mentioned that due to the handle size the door doesn’t open flat making pulling out the rack cook tray difficult

If we want it to open flat we just pull the oven towards the front of the counter a bit more and have the handle hand over the counter when the door is open

My full size oven is definitely feeling left out now that i have the delonghi livenza
