Pros

Easy to use with capsule inserts and easy to clean. Easy to find decent coffee on amazon.

Cons

A difficult machine to use and the coffee made is luke warm. One pod is too weak for a standard uk espresso so usually 2 is needed, increasing cost/ hassle. Despite following the instructions to the letter, the descaler light remains on.

Overall a huge disappointment. Sent back next day and awaiting refund.

The milk frother is not easy to use or clean. The coffee spout drips every time i put a new pod in. If adjusted the drink simply becomes watered down further, because the coffee pod can't magically produce grounds.

A very easy to use and good price coffee machine.

I use mine only with boiled water to prevent if from the limescale.

Competitiveness

I do love the coffee this machine makes, i had a gaggia before and this is a lot easy to get perfect results each time with less mess.

So much better than previous machines, and so it should be for the price.
