Packaging/appearance
The machine is nicely compact and sits well in the worktop taking very little space.
No prep, no mess, and the aluminium pods are recyclable.
We've had no issues so far with the machine, and despite having very hard water in our area, haven't yet had to use the descaler.

We live in a hard water area, drink over 6 cups a day and have to descale roughly every 3 months which seems reasonable.
Bought this after a less than happy experience with one of the essenza mini models, which died after a month.
Simple but full automatic coffe maker for people who love latte, cappuccino etc.

Love the machine coffee is great milk is frothed to perfection only complaint is it isnt white its a creamy colour which is a shame but nothing i cant live with dont think it should be advertised as white though
