The machine is very easy to use and clean but does require you to thoroughly read the manual before getting started to ensure you have water hardness and temperature settings set correctly

My only problem is access to the steam jet as the stem does not extend but swings round so if you are near a wall its not so easy but thats not really a fault of the machine
