Coffee shop quality with the cleanliness of a pod machine.
It's great and i couldn't be happier with the overall quality and state of the machine.
Price
For the price i’m pleased with this purchase and the machine!
Packaging/appearance
Also included were the nepresso capsules and machine operating booklets.
The packaging was damaged, but that really doesn't matter to me as the cardboard box went straight to recycling.
I use mine only with boiled water to prevent if from the limescale.
Competitiveness
I do love the coffee this machine makes, i had a gaggia before and this is a lot easy to get perfect results each time with less mess.

Only downside is that it doesnt work with nondairy milk which is a shame as i usually drink almond

Disclaimer i wanted to buy it here but amazon didnt have stock that would arrive on time so i ordered from the manufacturers own web shop

The only problem we have experienced is that sometimes the cleaning function sticks open so instead of getting milk you just get steam basically in the milk dispenser there is a little flap that doesnt always close properly aftercleaning
