Pros

The milk frother produces a nice foam. Good amount of froth from the milk. Only downside is that it doesn't work with non-dairy milk, which is a shame as i usually drink almond.

Cons

One pod is too weak for a standard uk espresso so usually 2 is needed, increasing cost/ hassle. Coffee spout drips every time i put a new pod in. There’s not enough room under the spout to place a long latté glass.

A very easy to use and good price coffee machine.

Packaging/appearance

Also included were the nepresso capsules and machine operating booklets.

I use mine only with boiled water to prevent if from the limescale.

Competitiveness

I do love the coffee this machine makes, i had a gaggia before and this is a lot easy to get perfect results each time with less mess.

So much better than previous machines, and so it should be for the price.
