Pros
De'longhi radiant heater. One for inside and one for the green house to keep plants just above freezing/above 34 degrees. We have one in the living area which is about 400 sf, and one on the second floor for two small bedrooms.
I keep it next to my big tool box with all my wrenches and sockets, just piles of steel that get warm. It brings the heat up to the temp i want instead of having toturn the thermostat up and make the rest of the house too warm.
Cons
This heater is more inefficient than baseboard heating. The room is never more than 10-15° warmer than outdoors. The heater rolls away when you press comfort temp button.
Perhaps mine is defective, but i am not willing to try again with a replacement. Brought it home, set it up, ran fine for the first 2 hours then started making a loud buzzing sound.

The building is old and uninsulated and the wall heaters don't have real thermostats, just crude inefficient sensors.
Price
This is a wonderfully priced solid radiator.
Plus they are noisy, heat inconsistently (hot spots & cold spots in the same room) and are super-expensive to run.
I'm on a budget and thankfully amazon has some great prices on items that are a must have.

Ive done my research on zone heating know that space heaters canwill do raise the electric bill in winter my gas bill with the central heating unit was always right under 200 a month during the cold months so i am hoping to at least save a bit on heating this way as there is no other option for us this winter
