Pros
The oscillating cooling vent is a great feature it really throws cold air around the room. It cools the room down quickly and keeps it at the level you are comfortable with.
It is a bit of a wooshing sound but that is to be expected of any air conditioning, portable or fixed. As for its silent mode, it's perfectly acceptable and certainly quieter than my last one. Haven't tried real feel mode yet.
Aesthetically the italian styling pleases my wife. The real purpose of my review is to praise the customer service of the seller duxotte. Its looks and style are gorgeous, elegant and very italian.

This is total misinformation from the manufacturer about it being silent…the silent mode still sounds like a 747 going overhead3.
Price
The air conditioner is a good as the 5 star reviews claim, bit loud but great value for money.
This model is a cut above the rest on looks alone so was worth the extra paid.

Wheeling it around on one floor is fine but if you want to lift it between floors then good luck with that the grab handles on the side of the unit are not deep enough to hold it with confidence and it’s around 32kg so unless you are a gym fanatic then you will need two people to lift it2

It’s a brilliant cooler however and can cool down a medium size room double quick so you can just turn it on and off as you need too
