Would be nice to have the option to turn on the blower fan at lower settings (forced on at highest setting only) the heater works amazingly well, & is whisper quiet. Excluding the ticking sound.

It has a nice sleek design. Plenty of heat, easy to program, and a nice multicolor display. Overall, a very nice heater.

Used thermostat to check temperature and only came within 8 degrees of set temp. Burnt plug. It also radiates in a weird pattern.

After one season of use, both of them produce a constant faint humming noise whenever they are plugged in. It makes a high pitched squealing noise. Still no fans.

Amazon graciously side-stepped the manufacturers warranty refund process for me and issued a full refund. They ask for the same information over and over they would lose all your information and receipts. I'd have to keep resending them by email.
