Box was dented and there were scuffs on the rim and around the bottom. Very lightweight and cheaply made. Film became wrinkled and began to peel off.
The mug is dangerous. The pottery seal is either nonexistent or cheap as the mug absorbs moisture.
I'm super excited to give it as a gift however the alignment is off. Returned both. Not sure if this was a mistake or done on purpose.
It's really a waste of money because i have no other choice but to replace it. Can't be used for coffee. Would not recommend. Do not buy this item.
