Pros
I like how the knobs get into the muscle and help me get the kinks out. It loosens facia and muscles, works out knots, calms anything angry. Appears small but actually serves purpose very well as one roll round to muscle knots in pain!
A few more inches of width would have been ideal, but otherwise i’m pleased at how it’s worked so far. Have used it everyday for a week. Still using roller everyday.
It’s def better quality and will last longer likely. Product is good just a bit over priced.

This foam roller is so hard and uncomfortable. Quite uncomfortable even following the provided youtube instructional. The material is such a hard plastic that it hurts my back to use it. If you want rumble massage, you have to work it in tiny sections... Read More

I had one of the toughest workouts on my leg day and i could barely walk to hold myself up so i was looking for anything that could help.
First time using it as a beginner i only rolled back and forth 4 times on my side thigh which is tight.
