Pros

Roller helps loosen tight muscles, works out knots, calms anything angry. It hurts to apply pressure according to the instructions, but relief follows. Useful for post-workout muscle pain relief.

It's sturdy if a bit small, and lightweight. Can be easily packed into a duffle bag. Bought bc my other foam roller is much softer.

Still using roller everyday. It’s def better quality and will last longer likely. Product is good just a bit over priced. Leaflet with pictures is a big help getting right to the problem area.

It's a bit narrow and a few more inches of width would have been ideal, but otherwise i’m pleased at how it’s worked so far. Well made. Made a significant difference right away.

Cons

This foam roller is so hard and uncomfortable. Quite uncomfortable even following the provided youtube instructional. More painful the next day and found bruises on my back. I'm afraid it's leaving bruises behind.
