This device is really incredible. One of my best purchases. Not a dealbreaker for me.

It's a squeeze, but it fits in my back-pack as well which is a plus. Bumby surface gives a pretty deep massage on areas needing work. Nice thick rubber padding with a slightly ribbed edge.

The booklet is pretty explanatory. It can be used for yoga, cycling, swimming or just powerwalking.

Cons

The width of this product is too small for adults. Save your money and look elsewhere for a proper-sized foam roller.
