Pros

It's a bit narrow and a few more inches of width would have been ideal, but otherwise i’m pleased at how it’s worked so far. Well made. Made a significant difference right away.

Product is good just a bit over priced. Still using roller everyday. It’s def better quality and will last longer likely. Leaflet with pictures is a big help getting right to the problem area.

Cons

This thing is unusable. But just laying on this hurt. It hurts your body to be on this roller. Seller is not responsive to questions.

The inside is some sort of solid pipe which makes it way too stiff and hard to use as a foam roller. If you want rumble massage, you have to work it in tiny sections.
