The customer service is impeccable. There is a 2 year warranty which is fantastic!

Reviewer says it's easy to maneuver and easy to store. Heavy by itself, but not impossible to carry up a flight of stairs. Has front rollers on it for an easy way to move it around and not to heavy to lift.

Very easy to assemble, movable, fairly quiet. The motor is fairly quiet but i still use a yoga mat underneath it on my vinyl floors. That is because the vents for the motor are basically flush with the floor.

Cons

This treadmill is very nice and well made.

It’s super easy to set up no installation required and works great as both a regular treadmill and an under-desk walking pad.

We had been using the treadmill for couple months when one of the wires got caught on the belt and snapped.

It broke a couple days after the return window closed.

Price

Worth every penny now that i got it to work!

Thought the product would be cheap, but it’s not.

I purchased one which added to the overall cost.

I did buy a walking pad mat to put beneath it ($35).

Shipping

My treadmill had a motor failure after 5 months, customer service was super easy to deal with and sent my replacement in 5 business day.

I received a replacement treadmill less than a week after i contacted them.

I did have to send the defective treadmill back, but deerrun provided a shipping label.

Update: deerrun customer service answered emails promptly even on saturday and sunday.

Packaging/appearance

This item came today and it was very well packaged with styrofoam and wood panel support!

If you are considering buying one, be sure to keep the huge box in case you want to return it.

Save the box until your warranty is up, just in case.
