Pros
For a small, portable unit, it’s surprisingly quiet. Running on this treadmill feels very solid and sturdy. It's not super noisy either which is a big plus.
Great addition to my home gym. It is quite and i can watch tv during the workout. App is fun as well, it keeps me motivated, and running becomes more enjoyable, rather than just a workout.
Speed range is. Ghz wifi. My one complaint is how loud it beeps when you turn it on and change the speed.
It has a series of rollers so it can be tilted up to roll across the room and stored beneath or behind furniture. I can just fold the handle down & slide it right under my couch when i’m done- everything stays neat and tidy.
The treadmill is lightweight and easy to move around. It is easily maneuverable for use, and for storing. It's not as portable as i had hoped, but it's good if you're going to keep it.

Price
For me this has been a great purchase, great price
I actually think this is amazing, especially for the price (currently $245).
0 for a 30 minutes light cardio.
I thought the price was way too good to be true!
Shipping
The seller reached out before the item arrived which i loved.
Delivery was quick and set up was easy, pretty much take out of the box and start using.
It shipped almost immediately and i got it within two days!
As far as customer contact, there is an email on their website and phone number on the shipping box.
Packaging/appearance
Was so well packaged you won't have to worry about damage.
Firstly, it came nicely packaged and protected.
From box to full operation takes 20 minutes, most of which is to open the carton.
This was a well packaged small treadmill.
Competitiveness
Comparing to the treadmills in gyms, this one is much more quiet and portable.
I also really like the pitpat app that comes with it where you can compete with the world.
This is much better than a treadmill especially if you don't have a lot of real estate / room space.

The instruction pamphlet mentioned some thing about hooking it up to wifi but i didn’t find that necessary in my case

Included with the treadmill were an allen wrench a screwdriverwrench combo which apparently is an upgrade as they were previously two separate tools

What’s never mentioned anywhere in the instruction pamphlet are wherehow to use the combo tool

We did realize that the levels at the bottom of the handle were way too loose wobbly feeling so we were able to use a corner of the wrench to tighten them from underneath

The allen wrench adjusts the belt

After a week or 2 i noticed the belt was too far to the right the directions tell you to turn a bolt 12x clockwise
