The speed range is. Ghz wifi. It is quite enough for me to take phone calls under the speed 7mph. My one complaint is how loud it beeps when you turn it on.

Treadmill comes with an angle wrench to adjust the belt. Lubricating silicone comes with the treadmill. It's oiled from the factory so can be saved for later use.

Cons

The smell is horrendous. Then it flips to error 9. It's a piece that will sadly be going to the landfill.
