When adjusting the speed it doesnt accelerate too quickly and is nice as i just wanted to be able to walk while working

The belt has a tendency to shift to the side a lot when i am on it so i am constantly having to fix that

I will say that it is pretty narrow so you have to be careful not to zone out and ensure you are still walking straight or you will fall off
