Pros

Comes with an allen wrench to adjust the band position/tightness. This walking pad seems durable but lightweight. Made of high quality material and it's a steal for what we paid for it.

The only complaint i have is the beeps when turning it on or adjusting the speed are very loud. I live upstairs in a duplex and was worried that downstairs might complain, but they don't even notice.

Cons

Received this as defective. Within 10 minutes of turning it on, i start to smell a burning smell and the motor housing is hot to the touch. Appreciate amazon’s return process.
