Pros

Using this in my almond meal pancake recipe with a touch of tartar makes them bubble & raise nicely. It actually improves the texture of the smoothie. Can also mix with one whole egg for a tasty omelet.

Cons

The expiration date is for only three months from now. The egg powder does not seems to be natural. Does not whip up like other dry egg * to make meringue.
