Pros
One mode for tenderizing meat products and slow cooking for jerky. You need these to dehydrate. I use this for overflow when my larger dehydrator is full.
Racks stack securely on the base and fit perfectly in my instant pot. Wire shelves slide right on to the racks and seem sturdy enough. Cleaning is a breeze.
Perfect sizes for just me & my husband. It’s a perfect fit for my 8q instapot air fryer. Nice fit for instapot. This fits great inside of our instant pot and is going to be awesome for drying peppers.
Cons
The rack is too tall for the 6 qt. This is very difficult to use.

The hydrator works well for either function.
Hard to do that with the instapot since there is not enough area.
The air fryer basket that comes with the instant pot isn’t the best.
Packaging/appearance
I think amazon must have created the 1st problems with the packaging the first time but either way, the second one is wonderful!
Great for making jerky in the instapot!

It’s a perfect fit for my 8q instapot air fryer.
Works well with my emeril lagasse air fryer.

The food closest to the heating element crisped up on the top but was soggy on the bottom while food on the second rack below just warmed up enough to get soggy
