The temperature control takes some trial and error and when fully opened up does not sit completely level

I really like this grill griddle i have used it for grilling patties of ground meat usually beef and some veggie placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun

The plates are very easy to remove and to clean but it is not a 6 in 1 since you only get two types of plates

The 4 stars is for the temperature control since it could be better if there was any indication on real temperature instead of the plus and minus sign
