I’ve seen other reviews that say it shuts itself down when you try to use it on rugs and carpet

We had this issue at first but realized the brush had long hair tangled in it causing it to not work on the carpet

Stopped using it regularly in mid october because it got louder and seemed to be having issues

Also seems to have a defective sensor since it backs up when nowhere near anything and sometimes gets stuck doing backward jerks in a circle

Now it runs out of battery before cleaning a single room and seems completely ineffective

I dont know if we got a defective robot but we will contact insurance and update this review if that is the case
