Quality

Seriously, buy the deik, i have had it for several months and used it countless times.

Another i like about this product is that i am able to control this vacuum with the remote that came with this vacuum.

Have not had a chance to experiment with the other features---remote control, etc so can not comment further.

I received mine february 25, 2019, it was working perfectly and i was very pleased with it, up until about 3 weeks ago.

Packaging/appearance

It was a combination of price and large internal trash basket that won me over to the deik.

Competitiveness

Because even if people are careful, no matter what tools they use, it’s hard to do things like deik robot.

I really put time and effort into finding just the right auto-vacuum for the right price.
