    I saw a couple reviews where individuals mentioned having the deik cordless vacuum for 6 to 9 months and all of a sudden it would shut off after about 5 seconds or just not work

    There is a plastic circle that will need to be carefully popped out and then carefully remove the retaining ring that will be exposed when the plastic circle is removed
