Pros
I wash it warm and pull it from the dryer before fully dry so it won't shrink too much. My dad is 93 and very picky about his sheets and this is his favorite!
Just like t shirt material stays on mattress. Gone are the days of having to constantly re-tuck the sides of the sheet back under the mattress.
