The lip of these pans are flared out, making pouring liquid/stew/etc out clean with no drips down the side of the pan.

I think this is a terrific value at this price point.
I am happy with this purchase at a great price, and i think you will be as well.
(those pans can cost 300% and 400% more).
I can afford to buy a more expensive pan if i wish, but there is no need to.

I received this a few days ago and the first one i got had visible scratches and looked used.

[update]the seller does have a card in the box that suggests that the pan can have black oil on it per ther manufacture process.
As noted in the video, i was taken back that the pan looked used or dirty.
Competitiveness
I have stainless steel pans i've literally paid 5x as much for which aren't any better.
) also, this will not fit your needs if you want a "branded" pan with snob appeal or status benefits.
