I saw this one and though it was pricey, i thought it was a good investment so i just bought the one 12" frying pan.
I’d consider this one a mid grade pan based on price but they are super heavy and feel expensive.

I did the pre use instructions that were sent,but did not seem to help.
Packaging/appearance
Product is amazing but one flaw in packaging missing hex screw for handel to attach to pan.
[update]the seller does have a card in the box that suggests that the pan can have black oil on it per ther manufacture process.

I wanted to try a stainless steel pan and got one from a reputable brand but the sides of the pan felt like a thin sheet of tin
