The lip of these pans are flared out, making pouring liquid/stew/etc out clean with no drips down the side of the pan.

I think this is a terrific value at this price point.
I am happy with this purchase at a great price, and i think you will be as well.
(those pans can cost 300% and 400% more).
I can afford to buy a more expensive pan if i wish, but there is no need to.

I received this a few days ago and the first one i got had visible scratches and looked used.
I've used it daily since it arrived.

Product is amazing but one flaw in packaging missing hex screw for handel to attach to pan.
[update]the seller does have a card in the box that suggests that the pan can have black oil on it per ther manufacture process.
Competitiveness
I have stainless steel pans i've literally paid 5x as much for which aren't any better.
) also, this will not fit your needs if you want a "branded" pan with snob appeal or status benefits.
The quality is better than the price point on these.

This is a really nice skillet however the handle with small wrench and bolts is packaged separately

This may not be an issue for somemost buyers but for me 85 years old with quirky eyesight and hand essential tremors it means using it as a pot until someone visits who is willing to assemble it

Having been on the business end of countless cooking vessels the first thing i will say is i dislike handles with rivets protruding into the inside of the pan
