Fat ghecko kit includes several extension pieces and a knuckle joint. This kit really enchanses the use of this clamp.

Very strong grip, easily adjustable, and can hold heavy camera equipment.
Overall, this item is very well made and had served me well so far, with the addition of the knuckle joint.
At a recent gig i had the option of putting this clamp on a pipe and decided against it, even with my relatively light gear.
The construction is sturdy; more metal than plastic.
Price
As it is, i feel it’s lacking a little and slightly overpriced.
If this vise just included the joint for like $5 more, it would be a 5-star product.

I've got quite a few delkin mounts and personally prefer them to cheaper offerings.

Where you mount your device quick plate or whatever only has a stud at the top of the post as seen in the photo
