My only complaint is not with the monitor, but with the seller.
Price
Well worth the price – regardless of what you end up paying for it.
Its has a scratch on the screen on one side but i can live with that since it is a used product and the price is almost giving them away.

Packaging/appearance
The thing was so bright that it made the matte finish on the screen sparkle.
There are a few dead pixels on the screen after all this time here or there .
Competitiveness
The featured photo on the amazon website in not a picture of a dell ultrasharp 2007fp 20-inch flat panel lcd monitor.
The dell has been a champ for last 14-15 years.
As much as i love the monitor, i loved paying a fraction of the list price by buying a refurbished model.

The two issues i have had with most monitors in portrait mode is that they either seemed too tall or not wide enough

The resolution of 1600x1200 means that you get a width of 1200 pixels in portrait mode which i find is wide enough

Being able to utilize my 43 resolution via svideo or rca yellow connection required equipment on my home computer monitor comfortably without having to worry about black lines on the left and right side of the screen and to run some of my most favorite games in this resolution without loss of graphic performance or detail that im used to is very comforting

It did not come with a speaker power cable even though theres a port for it in addition there is no audio connection other than possibly through the dvid port and this makes me question if theres speakers inside of this device at all

S there was a star section for thinkness i rated it one star because its not even remotely thick comparatively to every other 43 ratio monitor ive ever bought
