Quality
The keyboard has a nice tactical feel with comfortable backlighting.
This pc features some cutting edge features like a neural processing unit and was designed with ai in mind.
The screen is not a touch screen and the built in webcam does not have a shutter cover which might be a disappointment for some.
It is not for gamers, graphic/animation/3d/web design/video editors.
Price
That being said where it really matters to me is performance for the price and i think it hits the ball out of the park in that regard.
There are not a lot of usb ports but that is easily remedied with a relatively inexpensive port adapter if needed.

The case itself although well built is rather plain and not exciting to look at

Very little is provided in the way of printed documentation but a quick trip to the dell website and you can quickly download a pdf manual that is more than 100 pages thick to help you figure it all out
