The down side is that it does not have any usb 2 ports and although the screen can be tilted slightly it does not have any height adjustment and does not allow you to rotate the screen

The only real blemish on the screen is a nick in the lower righthand corner not very noticable

At first i was disappointed because i couldnt figure out how to manually adjust the brightness and contrast

After downloading the drivers on the supplied cd i was able to make it work
