I have had my laptop for less than a month and i noticed that after charging the battery to 100 it would only last about 2 hours max before needing to be plugged in again

After 30 minutes on the phone with dell tech support it was ultimately determined that i will have to send my unit to dell so that they can further inspect and replace any faulty parts im assuming that either the charging port or something about my battery needs to be replaced

Im hoping that my unit is an exception but please be warned before purchasing that your unit might experience similar issues

That aside so far the laptop performs well but this charging issue is very concerning and not a positive

Edit after watching a quick video on youtube about possible solutions i took the authors advice and made sure to check for any recent updates and double checked
