It is a dell product i would have been in shock if the quality was less than the best.

Also standard is 4gb of ram, and a 500gb hdd running at 5400rpm (these both do make the machine lag, at times.

I would say that for a child elderly or someone who wont do more than watch movies and play low impact games its pretty good
