Only minor gripe is the glossy screen is hard to see with sun coming in the windows at the office but i dock it to non reflective screens anyway and the touch screen is very useful not sure if they made it without reflective and touch screen at the same time

I tend to buy mine directly from dell and i get the accidental damage warranty too dells accidental damage warranty s really one of the best accidental damage warrantiesmuch better than squaretrade or anything

The i5 version is pretty good too and maybe a better heat balance but i wouldnt buy the i3 version
